Analysis should include
- taking a sample from the soil where the crop will be grown
- reviewing the soil report
- evaluating the soil report for pH, levels of nitrogen (N), potassium (K), phosphorus (P), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and sulfur (S)
- determining fertilization needs.
