Demonstration should include

  • using clear, concise, and direct statements
  • allowing the customer to complete statements (avoid interrupting)
  • clarifying customer statements (ask pertinent questions)
  • avoiding the use of jargon, abbreviations, and acronyms
  • listening to customers.
