Identification should include the value of employment to

• oneself—earn money, learn skills, take leadership roles, earn additional rewards and honors, support a team, and take part in the community
• the employer—productive employees make the business more profitable and allow it to grow
• the community—employees earn pay that is spent in the community and contribute to other community investment opportunities
• the country—employment creates a prosperous economy, promotes citizenship, and increases the tax base.
