Participation should include
- arriving on time (at least 15 minutes before the interview)
- greeting interviewers, shaking hands, and maintaining eye contact
- dressing appropriately (resembling what other employees wear daily)
- providing professional documents (résumé, work portfolio, letters of recommendation)
- asking key questions (e.g., regarding job responsibilities, company goals)
- shaking hands at the close of the interview
- receiving constructive feedback on mock interview performance.
