Demonstrate resource management.
Demonstration should include prioritizing goals and identifying and managing resources such as
- financial resources—determining how money will be spent to get the work done and accounting for these expenditures
- material resources—obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work
- personnel resources—motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job, efficiently using personal time and the time of others.

- What types of resources will you need to manage on a given job?
- What is a histogram? How could a histogram assist in managing material resources?
- Why is time considered such a valuable resource?
- What is the chief goal of resource management?
- Why is it important to allocate resources when managing personnel?
- What are examples of digital tools that could assist in budgeting time?
