Clean hands before and after every service.

Cleaning should include

• wetting hands with warm water
• using liquid soap or antibacterial soap
• scrubbing hands together and working up a lather for 15 to 20 seconds
• paying attention to areas between fingers, around nails, and on both sides of the hands
• rinsing hands thoroughly with warm water
• drying hands using either a disposable towel or a hand dryer.
