Clean hands before and after every service.
Cleaning should include washing hands for one minute, according to the following steps:
- Wet hands with warm water.
- Use liquid or antibacterial soap.
- Scrub hands together, working up a good lather for at least 20 seconds.
- Pay attention to areas between fingers, nails, and both sides of the hands.
- Use a nailbrush to clean under nails.
- Rinse hands well with warm water.
- Dry hands using a disposable towel or a hand dryer.
