Clean hands before and after every service.

Cleaning should include washing hands for one minute, according to the following steps:

  • Wet hands with warm water.
  • Use liquid or antibacterial soap.
  • Scrub hands together, working up a good lather for at least 20 seconds.
  • Pay attention to areas between fingers, nails, and both sides of the hands.
  • Use a nailbrush to clean under nails.
  • Rinse hands well with warm water.
  • Dry hands using a disposable towel or a hand dryer.
