Cleaning should include

• wearing required PPE
• explaining hazards associated with steam cleaning equipment and high-pressure washers
• explaining safety procedures and protocols related to electricity (proper grounding), chemicals, gas powered washers, and the dangers of high-pressure water injection injuries
• following all safety procedures, guidelines, and protocols related to the use of electricity, chemicals, hot water, and exposure to hot parts
• using a steam and/or high-pressure washer in accordance with manufacturer specifications and guidelines
• covering critical parts
• disposing of runoff, chemicals and grease following federal, state, and local guidelines.
