(Optional) Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures on harvesting equipment.
Procedures should include
- identifying hazards associated with harvesting equipment
- wearing required PPE
- undergoing safety instruction and testing prior to diagnostic, maintenance, repair and/or operating harvesting equipment
- demonstrating hand signals
- starting, transporting, towing, operating, stopping harvesting equipment according to manufacturer specifications and instructor guidelines.
