using a wheelchair to take a client/resident/patient to an area where a family vehicle is waiting
locking wheels on the wheelchair
assisting a client/resident/patient into a vehicle, engaging the seatbelt and closing the door
returning to the unit with the wheelchair
washing hands
documenting procedure.
