Evaluation should include
- interests (areas in which the person wants to spend time and energy)
- talents (natural, inborn aptitudes)
- abilities (skills in performing mental and/or physical tasks)
- values (principles or priorities that are important to the individual)
- personality traits (characteristics, temperament).
