Locate the piping in the walls.

Locating should include the following steps:

• Assemble tools and equipment.
• Make a visual inspection beneath the floor and in the attic.
• Make a visual inspection of fixtures that the pipe feeds.
• Cut the wall (as needed) to expose the pipe.
