Research a real-world case study

Research should include an examination of recent professional level studies (e.g., National Academy of Engineering [NAE], UN Sustainability Goals) and reliable resources (e.g., the Internet, periodicals, newspapers, textbooks). The case study should include a detailed and documented intensive study of a topic, such as a design issue that stresses factors contributing to the case’s success or failure.

Process/Skill Questions:

  • What are case studies?
  • Why are case studies an important part of research?
  • What are the consequences of failing to do enough case studies?
