Demonstrate the use of a tubing notcher (end-mill tube notcher).
Demonstration should include
- checking the notcher to ensure safe operation
- selecting the size of the end mill for tubing
- selecting the degree to be set
- adjusting the clamp all the way back
- placing the tubing into the clamp and tightening it
- moving the clamped piece of tubing slowly toward the end mill
- returning the clamp to its starting position when the desired depth is obtained
- removing tubing and deburring
- checking the fit and recutting if necessary.
