Describe briefing of passengers.

Description should include the concept that before each takeoff, the pilot in command of an airplane carrying passengers shall ensure that all passengers have been orally briefed on regulations regarding

• smoking
• use of safety belts and shoulder harnesses
• location and use of passenger entry door and emergency exits
• location of survival equipment
• ditching procedures and use of flotation equipment
• normal and emergency use of oxygen equipment.
