Research should include identifying

• IT systems and trends
• data analytics and trends
• emerging technologies (e.g., mobile apps, online human resources systems, Internet of Things [IoT], assistive devices, baby monitor, home security, electronic health records [EHR])
• emerging artificial intelligence (AI)-driven technologies (e.g., ChatGPT)
• effects of using cloud-based technology at work, including security of work product and of personal, health, and financial information of employees.
