- all regulations (local, state, federal)
- describing an emergency response plan
- describing possible contamination of ground and surface water due to improperly mixed and stored pesticides and pesticide spills and/or leaks
- describing possible serious health and environmental consequences of spills and/or leaks
- discussing why the federal minimum age is 18 for all pesticide applicators seeking certification and for persons using restricted use pesticides (RUPs) under the direct supervision of certified applicators.
