  • evaluating actions on self, others, culture/society, and global environment

  • implementing and monitoring a plan of action
  • evaluating actions and results.

Thinking

  • What steps are important in identifying goals?
  • How might these steps change if you’re identifying goals for an individual vs. a family? Or a workplace or a community?

Communication

  • What is the best way to communicate the steps of a plan among a large group?
  • How can you ensure that you get honest feedback from members of your group?

Leadership

  • How can you be sure that you take others’ thoughts and opinions into account before finalizing a plan?
  • When should you ask for feedback?
