(Optional) Demonstrate methods for reporting workplace harassment.
Demonstration should include
- discussing issues with one’s manager or supervisor, if possible
- following the employer's policy for reporting an incident to begin an investigation
- expecting adequate remedial action.
If harassment or retribution occurs beyond these initial steps, private legal action may be sought.
