Transcribe a message.

Transcription should include the following elements of the message:

  • Date/time of the call
  • Person to whom the call is directed
  • Name and affiliation of caller
  • Contact number
  • Best time to call
  • Alternative method of contact (e.g., email)
  • Message
  • Transcriber’s name

Accuracy of the transcription should be ensured by reading back the information to the caller.
