  • listening intently
  • interpreting eye contact cues, facial expressions, hand gestures, and posture messages.

  • How can communication differ among various audiences and cultures, including deaf and blind groups?
  • What should you do if you are unable to understand the communication in a professional situation? 
  • What resources are available to meet the communication needs of different persons in a professional setting?
  • What technological advancements have impacted the ability of individuals to communicate in the workforce?
