Maintenance should include

  • keeping work area orderly, clean, and sanitized
  • practicing positioning of text or other content material for proper hand and eye coordination
  • managing the printer
    • adding paper, accounting for document orientation and size
    • clearing paper jams
    • adding ink cartridges and properly disposing of used cartridges
  • security and storage of removable storage devices (e.g., flash drive).
